Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Villa Rica FUMC at The Garden?

Villa Rica FUMC at The Garden is a congregation that has been part of the Carroll County community for over 10 years.

  • Why "at The Garden"?

In the Spring of 2011, we planted our first community vegetable garden on our new property as a way of providing fresh fruits and vegetables for people who might not otherwise be able to access them. From that first garden, we have committed to not only its nurturing, but the nurturing of boys and girls, moms and dads in the surrounding area. You will see and experience garden images that remind us of the first Garden, the Garden of Eden, as well as the Garden that Jesus prayed for God's will, the Garden of Gethsemane.

It is our prayer that as we are rooted in God's word we will be fed and cultivated by the Holy Spirit into the lives that God has planned for us. We hope you will be planted with us.

  • Where and when do we worship?

We are worshiping at 1789 Carrollton/Villa Rica Highway Villa Rica, Ga. 30180, . We have a traditional service led by our choir at 9:00 and a modern service with traditional elements at 11:00 on Sunday mornings.

  • What can I expect at VRFUMC?
